injector dutie

Default injector dutie

hi i have a single cam turbo on hondata and a avcr and everytime i full throttle 2nd or 3rd gear by the time vtec engage at 5300 it hits 100 percent injector dutie i have 660 injectyors on them right now and it is tuned to 7 pounds theres no engine check either. can anyone tell me whats wrong in this picture

when it was on the dyno 12 maybe a tad bit higher but when looking at avcr its says its throwing in all the gas 100 injector duty

Theres no way your injectors are at 100% duty if your A/F is good and you have 660's. The AVCR is wrong, I never used an AVCR but is there a way to change the injector size on it? Did you see what Hondata said the duty cycle was when you tuned it, that will tell you the real %.

agreed, your injectors would fail, and if u have 660s u should be more then fine, i am getting some 450cc injectors for my trubo gsr, and pumping my boost up to 10 so i doubt u are maxing out your injectors

I was maxing out my 450s at about 13psi while tuning, on my LS/Vtec. I need some 750's.

hmmm thanks guys. im gonna check the percentage on the hondata . thanks for the info .ooo does vtec work better for u guys at low rpm or high?

With mine set at 5500 power dropped off as soon as it kicked in, looked like about 10 hp for a second, but when we set it at 6000 it was a perfect upward slope, not dipping at all anywhere-- here it is set @ 6000: https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=1373014
