Hey, just wanted to know if any1 had any idle problems/ any problems at all with the 70mm STR TB?

I had a problem with idling, and it was because the gasket does not have a hole cut in it for the idle air control valve. After I cut a hole in it, it idled perfect.

yep. no problems here either. just make sure all the proper passages are available for air for the ecu and you'll be fine.

if you're worried about the FITV, you won't miss it.

Well i have the STR TB on my car at the moment, just installed it. I cut the hole for the IACV too. But its not idling at all.

did you check the set screw with the allen head that acts as teh throttle stop for when the plate is closed?

Yea i adjusted that didnt make a difference. Im gonna try adjust the TPS. Any other things i should know of
