B16A swap and air conditioning bracket??
I recently finished my B16 Swap in my 89 Hatch and I've been wondering what to do about A/C. I know that a couple of the mount kit manufacturers sell brackets to mount the stock A/C compresor on the B16 block. My question is, has anyone ever tried anything different? possibly using a different compressor that will bolt up and replacing and or modifying the lines? Or has anyone fabricated or modified their own bracket?? Its about to get real hot here in Louisiana and I know I'm a tight *** that doesn't want to fork out the $200 for the bracket when I already have to purchase a new compressor.
any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
Chris

changing lines, compressor etc will end up costing your more than the $200 you would spend on a good bracket.
