Baffled oil pans?
Last year I sent my oil pan to 10-94 to get baffled, but it was sent back unbaffled, as I believe that they went out of business. I would still like to get my pan baffled, I did a search and the only thing I could come up with was a person on this site named heeltoeracing or something similar that sells baffles you can install yourself. I sent him a PM asking him about his products. I am wondering if anyone else has gotten their oil pan baffled anywhere else?
Baffled Pans have their uses... but do you think you will ever get your oil slushing about in there enough to get your pickup out of the oil?
I just think you could use that money for something more worthwhile, unless you KNOW that you need it.
What are you doing with the car?
Sorry though, I dont have any links, ive never really heard too much about it on a b series.

I'd like to know that too. I was planning to run the track on full on race tires but was told because of the lateral g's a baffeled oil pan would be needed to prevent engine damage. SO in my opinion its money well wroth spending.
i agree. if you think you might be needing this then by all means go ahead. better safe than sorry. they would be VERY easy to make out of some sheet metal and weld in. it's just silly how easy it would be with a decent metalworking setup. talk to a local metalworking place, show them the oil pan, tell them what you want and where the pickup will have to fit in and such, and they should be able to hook you up quickly and fairly cheaply.
