Worthless questions huh
Asking why VTEC doesnt Kick in at 4th gear on my automatic 2001 Prelude is worthless?

It's not locked yet...but it probably will be.
Are you hitting VTEC in other gears? It seems strange to me that it's only 4th gear that locks you out. If that is indeed the case, I'd look to the VSS sensor first. My guess is that if you can hit VTEC in other gears, then your oil pressure and the VTEC solenoid are in good working order. The VSS sensor goes off the tranny, so perhaps that is your culprit.
As a final note, you'll not get anyone even wanting to help you with that sort of attitude. This is a technical forum. You have to try searching a bit to figure out your problem for yourself, before panicking and swearing at everyone. Nobody here is going to hold your hand while you work on your car.
Think of it this way; you don't look up words in the dictionary by swearing at it. You pick the bloody thing up and *search*
