Default Anyone buddy's with South Florida Performance?

I bought a manifold for my F22B1 on Sept 14th, my CC was charged $442.00 on Sept. 16th. Thus far, I havn't received anything.

I attempted to call last Friday (23rd) and Monday (26th), no answer. I attempted to leave a voice mail, box is full. I sent an email on Thurs. 22nd to info@sfp.net (and cc'd a couple people listed on their contacts page) and have seen no response to that either.

Anyway if you're close to this place (physically or friend wise) can anyone help? I'm not trying to reverse my charge yet or anything (YET) just trying to figure out what the deal is. I know they ship stuff out all the time and people are happy. I've got my stinkin car all apart just waiting for a manifold and I'm becoming annoyed.

Thanks for any help.

Last I heard which was relativley recent, Frank sold his current location and is moving to a new locale, I'm guessing that might be why you're getting the lack of communications. If you still can't get a hold of them in the next few days, PM me and I'll be happy to drop by and ask questions

EDIT: This is Dave/VTC_CiViC btw, didn't realize my wife was signed on

chargeback your CC and get a manifold from somewhere/someone else. I had to do this cause CRFAB or whatever the *** his name was took months to make a manifold for me, it took so long, I chargedback CC and said screw it and bought full race.

I'm going to go on a bit of a rant/tangent.

I owned/operated a computer store for 3 years and often would get mail-order stuff. It's really simple: You quote price, they pay, you put it in a box and the UPS man comes to get it. Why is it so hard for people to follow through these days. As I recall SFP was even a sponsor of this site at one time (not that means much anymore though).

I can't tell you how many times I've heard the 'we're moving shops' excuse. Anyone remember The Drop Shop

I went ahead and filed the claim ... with any luck the part will show up. This is another one of those situations where I don't need/want the money ... I just want the **** I ordered! If it doesnt show up in the next couple days (maybe the claim filed will light a fire under some asses) I'm going with spoolin' ... I need a manifold w/o excuses & drama. The Prelude's apart, winter is approaching (too cold to be in garage brrrrrr) and I need to finish my turbo -> IC piping and can't until I have a manifold.
