I heard some people say it better to take the ITR oilpump instead of a stock B16 oilpump - especially if I plan to install an additional oil cooler.
Can you guys confirm this or explain why?
Thanks

A stock LS pump isn't a stock B16 pump.

Wes has his OBD1 B16 oil pump shimmed so it puts out 100 psi by midrange rpms. He used some crap *** head off a blown engine, needs wacko oil pressures to engage VTEC.
