Default car doesn't go above 60mph on uphills unless I floor it

Hey guys, i've been having this problem where I'm cruising at 60mph and when I add more gas the car doesn't seem to respond, it just stays at 60mph doesn't go any faster or doesn't slow down. When I add even more gas nothing will happen until I get to a point when I press on the gas down enough that the car will suddenly accelerate. I can really feel it whenever I'm driving on to the freeway onramp or when i'm driving uphills.

Its called gravity and it pulls your car down to the earth.

usually when your going 60 in a honda and gas it of course its not going to respond or slow down. its called torque and hondas dont have it, get a v8 or deal with it

VTEC is key for getting up hills.

well the car has trouble starting up when cold and I can smell fuel at cold, it doesn't feel right because I've never felt it like this bad before. I can feel it when i'm on the highway too.
