Try going to a hydraulic shop to see how much they can make ony for. I'd say about 30-40% less than any brand name. Hydraulic lines hold anywhere from 600-3000psi, more than enough for brakes. Of course I am talking about the SS lines....
I'm gonna just make my own from bits I will get from the local performance shop, save some money that way. I'm pretty used to making them, I make them for motorcycle buddies from time to time, and haven't killed anyone yet!!
Making hoses aren't hard at all, you could buy the ss lines in bulk and ends then sell them. I think the hardest part is finding the right ends/couplers. We are metricized....
Aeroquip has some of the parts needed for the project, but by the time you get done the Goodridge are less expensive and are DOT certified (the plastic covers are on them) so they are street legal. About $120 for the Goodridge retail and you are done.
Got em on both my cars.
