my cd player keeps blowin fuses since i put in my turbo, my tac wont work but my gas and everything else does...... and for some reason i cant go over 5000 rpms... or its too rich and it wont give me anymore boost

 

if your tach doesn't work, then how do you know it won't go over 5k rpms?
