lowering my 5th gen, should i get shocks struts?

Default lowering my 5th gen, should i get shocks struts?
Well i have decided on getting the neuspeed sports but now im deciding on whether to get shocks or not. I've been looking into the tokico hp and kyb gr-2 since there closer to my price range.
Have anyone experience with either of these or would recommend anything within the price range?

KYB GR2 shocks are like stock shocks. Don't waste your money on those! Get KYB AGX (adjustable)

if your lookin at the neuspeed sports you should also look into Tein S-tech's....

Get the KYB AGX's in the vendor's forum from IRP. Best budget shocks on the market.
