Default f23a4 block take a dohc head???

Ive got a 2001 Accord LX with the f23a4 sohc. Is there a Dohc head that will fit on the sohc block and will this give a significant power increase?

Actually it's an F23A4. I don't know if that makes a difference. I looked at the link and noticed that his is a prelude. Will that make a difference? Are all F23 family compatible with the H23 series head that Pirate mentioned in his writeup??

h and f parts are interchangable(sp?)

u can put any H head on any F engine, just work is required to do so, and u can also do the other way, put an F head on an H block, but thats just plain stupid
