what to do ls v-tec turbo set

hi guys i want to do a ls v-tec turbo set.i already have gsr head and ls block,i would like to build the right.
what should i used (internals) cams ect.

pistons and rods from reputable companies. Like Eagle, JE, CP
and oem bearings and gaskets.
