OBD1 to OBD2 alternator plug :PIC:

OBD1 to OBD2 alternator plug :PIC:
Im trying to get my JDM B16 swap done. I am using my d16y8 harness. And I have these two plugs for the alternator......The one on the left is the obd1 and the one on the right is the obd2....can i just cut the plug off the one and sodder it on the other? I cant tell if the wires on the same.....

Cut your obd1 plug and the obd2 plug
Use your obd2 plug and wire it into the obd1 harness
I'm not sure which wires go to which color though
