i need to know what type of a cluch did the 97-01 preludes came with originally???

Thats the answer - it comes with an OEM clutch....there's no name for it.....(act, f-1, none of that) its just an OEM clutch

If you want a OEM clutch just go to your local honda dealership and say you want a OEM clutch.

by the way i have a clutch masters light weight 7.5lbs flywheel for sale brand new. its just been bolted up to my h22 but has never been swaped into my car yet.

ok thanks cause i wasent sure if it was a hydrolic or not... cant u adjust the peddle of a hydrolic clutch or is that the non-hydrolic clutch u can adjust??? i forgot... yea but the honda dealership will charge the **** out of u for a OEM clutch!

I think hydrolic clutches cannot be adjusted...........some cable clutch linkages are manual and automatically adjustable. The Rod and lever type are self adjusting only. I believe.

i got my clutch through a auto parts store. 200 bux and its sem-ceramic. My clutch pedal is light as a feather
