EG Sedan hood on an EJ?
A place near me sells brand new hoods, they have the Sedan and Coupe hoods listed seperately, and the Sedan hood is cheaper than the Coupe. Will i have any problems making it fit?
It'll bolt right on, but it won't fit perfectly. The front of it will overshoot the top of your front bumper by a couple of inches. Otherwise, it bolts right on and closes/open just fine.
This is an old picture of my old EJ1 with a EG8 (4-door) hood. OH, I should tell you that with the original hood bump stops in place, it took a little more effort to get this hood to lock on to the latch. Removed the bump stops and things were kosher.

But I agree on it not looking very nice. Later, the hood pictured above was bolted to my buddy's EG8 sedan and fit like a glove.

I could do the cool thing from 1999 and space the back of the hood to compensate.</TD></TR></TABLE>
Mine was spaced a little as is, and I had no washers back there.
