Default No Gauge signal in swapped eg??!?!

We just finished swapping my freinds Eg that previously had an LS vtec and now we put a b16a. when we wired it up everything cranks fine the warning lights on the cluster work but the tach, spedo and fuel do not move. the radio also does not have power. We have one connector that we could not find the connection to. Does anyone know what this connector goes to?

thanks for the help

You don't use that harness plug. A few months back, I swapped in an OBD2 GSR into my buddy's 94 Civic coupe..and I also used the OBD2 engine harness and we left that particular plug untouched. That is not ur problem with your tach not working. Make sure all your fuses are not blown.

When I've done swaps with OBD2 harness's into EG's, I noticed the tach signal on the distributor plug wasn't wired to the tach signal wire on the driver side shock tower where it leads to the tach itself. so just take a look at your distributor plug and look for a blue wire if I'm not mistaken and if it's not on both sides of the plug you know where your missing a connections. I don't know why your speedo and fuel gauge don't work thought, unless you wired something wrong or the fuse's like NVturbo stated. hopefully that helps. gl...
