wierd. it actually looks worse without it. One problem. thats the LEFT side mirror u blocked off. who made that? you cant see!
Get a replament from a junkyard, itll probably cost the same as a custom block off plate unless u make it yourself and it wont look good, itll look like the ugly hatch above. So please get one, its there to help lane changes, and isnt safe if you dont have one. thats why ALL cars now have em.

that hatch in the pic must have had that mirror block off plate custom made because you can only find block off plates for the passenger side... unless its a Jdm mirror block off plate.
but i think its custom made... and dangerous

I ordered my block off plate for the drivers side of my older hatch from Matt at ICB motorsports. They can probably help you out with the EK version.
edit: These were sold already, but here's an old thread with both sides for sale for the EK, he used to have pics up as well, still in the Honda wrappers:

That's an OEM part on that white EK posted.

Go to a different dealer, I'm positive they made them for 96Civics. As a matter of fact, that white car above had a thread about them: https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=1340145
he mentions that they're OEM Honda pieces.

Why would that matter? It still fits the same on US cars.

I have block off plates on both sides right now, I used them to mount a new set of Vision TC mirrors, maybe he's doing something similar.

PWJDM makes ones for the drivers side. As for the passenger side, you could use any DX or CX block plates. If I may add, I love the look of no mirrors. that is probably what I wil do until I get my hands on some Spoon mirrors. I seldom use them either. I usually just do a quick look rather than look in my mirrors neway.

Yes but the block-off plate could still be JDM.
