ok well i have had my bfg's on my car for this summer , and they are already gone , is this normal wear???? this is only about 2500 miles , no drag raacing with them , just some street stuff but thats it , they hook up good , but just wear out so quick what do you guys recomend ?????? the size is 225/50/15 , and i make 435whp and 285trq , any info would be great thanks

 

BFGs are very good street drag radials, but yeah they wear fast. From what I've read they last around 5k worth of miles.

Only time I've used mine was when i went to the track, but my clutch was slipping . New clutch, new coilovers, BFGs...let the fun begin!

 

is there any other tires out there that work just as good but dont ware out as quick ????

No there isn't. The M/T radials wear out relatively quick as well. The Nittos has really good tread life from my experience but their sidewall is a great deal stiffer. Anybody know of the new Dunlop radials yet?
