If I were to de-badge my civic...
Hi, I have a '99 civic. If I were to take off the 'H' and model emblem, would there be gaping holes in the car, as my friend said, or is it held on by glue and all I would have to do is clean it off?
I don't wat to have to paint a small spot if it is un painted or weld if there is a hole then have to paint.

You have an EJ. The H on the back has to stay unless you want to weld, fill, and paint.

I didn't realized what he said. It doesn't matter. It's the dx that bugs me the most. Not that I car that anyone knows I have the crap model. The badge just looks ugly.
dx is a crap model? then why did you buy it.. i wouldn't call it the "crap model" but heh, whatever. its just a honda emblem ive seen a few without them(rear badge) & i think it looks stupid imo. remove the civic, dx, and carlot sticker & keep the honda emblem.
