Default Just completed mpfi, rywired! Miss at idle no cel.

did mpfi using what i think is a si manifold, si rail, injectors ,91 si ecu and dist i bought used.
i bought all new gaskets new pcv all hoses are tight! Im very sure all my vaccum lines are run properly i mocked the detup on the 4th gen sight. Except instead of a y connector on the vaccum coming of the firewall and running both to the tb i had a extra nipple on the back of the manifold so i used it.
I used a rywire harness and integra style resistor box.New cap rotor plugs.
One of the injectors was cracked so i got one from a junkyard out of a 88-91 integra not sure of year but we had to melt down some plastic on the inside of the connector so it would clip. The hose coming from the ash box on the back of the box could be alittle clogged but it didnt do this before.

Car idles perfect no cel no flashing red on ecu! Took it around the block and stomped it no missing at all while driving.

PLEASE help any info or ideas greatly appreciated!! I wanna drive my ef now!!
My friend is leaning towards ignition module in the dist. Heres a link to the mani pic

Some things to try:
-Changing out all the injectors with a known good set. The one from the yard may be clogged.
-Check your plugs.
-Are the cap and rotor OEM? some of the aftermarket ones are pretty shitty.
-What ecu are you running? The si ecu will run slightly rich on the d15.
-Did you solder the injector wires?

If you had to mod the injector, its prolly not the correct obd... Also, check the tps, and reacliberate it

Thats the wrong injector. Use the correct injector and it should solve the problem... You cant mix and match injectors between obd...

lol, when am i ever wrong...

Im not sayng that thats the cure to the problem(I havent seen your car, and I didint do your swap), but i can say that you dont want to mix obd1 and 0 injectors. Obd1 run on 12volts, and obd0 run on 5.5 after the resistor.

pretty sure the injector was the problem! put a si injector in today and only heard a pop out of the exhaust a couple times in a couple minutes. went out for a ride and had no hesitation.

0bd 1 injectors have two lines of plastic at the upper right and left corner of the injector.
