Battery kill switch is this setup legal?

looks ok..but..wheres the alternator going to be hooked up at? if your going right to the battery its going to be legal.

I was jut gonna run that to the stock location back to the fuse box and the one going from the starter to the fuse box is goin to the fuse box where the positive side of the battery normally goes
