Default power window question...need help p/w messed up

i bought black door panels from japan for my 4dr civic 94. and the main power window switch was on the opposite side. so wen i switched the switch to the driver side of the car it makes the windows do different things. ill hit the window lock button and a window will go down. then ill hit the window up for for the back window and the left window will go down while the right window will go up. could japan have a different wiring system wen the wires meet the switch. if anyone has a diagram or info that could help please let me know...ive had this problem for a few days and its pissing me off. i was gonna go to the junk yards and buy an american switch but its 50 bucks and im not sure if its a bad ground or something that im not sure of. thanx for any posts.

Yes japan has different window controls. If you any good at switching those wires around, you can put them in different configurations, back to american standards.
If you need more help PM me.
