Default which rod size do i use for ls/vtec?

i want to know what size rod i should use for a ls/vetc setup. i will be using my p&p b18c1 head and a b18a1 block and crank. will i want to use the ls size rods or gsr size and also what bearings do i go with? anyones help would be great.
also anything you would be careful with about doing a ls/vtec motor would be cool too. thanks

i also had just thought of something... if i were to keep using the b18c1 block but swap the crank to a LS crank, will that basically make the LS VTEC conversion I'm planning on? I mean the main concern for me is to gain the extra torque that the ls crank makes. please let me know what the pro's and con's of that swap would be in any. thanks.

If you're using an LS crank, use LS length rods. If you're using a GSR crank, use GSR length rods.
