Ok my 91 hatch smokes(white smoke) out the back when hitting 50+mph or going uphill. Have raddling/grinding noise when foot off the clutch in idle. Also found a metal shaving in oil this morning I was wondering wut i need to fix this. Any help is appreciated, thank you.

 

white smoke=water getting in the combustion chambers...

blown headgasket, craked cyl. wall etc..

 

How bad is this? Will it blow my engine? I am kind of forced to drive my car for a while before i can fix it. Drive 5-10 miles a day.
