I'm from New Orleans and I was upset when alot of these things started circulating, but....You have to look at the brighter side...My Mom and Dad went back and are staying through Rita (Jefferson Parrish, right across the Mississippi River Bridge from Downtown)...You have to be from there to really understand....It's like nowhere you've ever been before..Lifes a party, enjoy it while it lasts.......

Oh yeah, the girl in the avatar is my girlfriend, a dispatcher for the Jefferson Parrish police department and she has been through this all from the first day!! They couldn't leave because of there job...She laughed at this....

Im sick of paying taxes to support the trash of this country...SICK of it...because as i do it, as i pay for the welfare checks, FEMA funding, red cross donations ive made, and the disaster relief being put towards this monitarily...im watching people like him destroy any simblance of decency in this place we call home...to think that if a disaster came to my neck of the woods, that people like this would crawl out of their **** hole and try to hurt my family and steal my things...after i pay for their existance? but a large portion of it was people stealing food/water just to stay alive, and keep their family alive..

Did i say anything about the people that were taking food to stay alive? No...while i still dont agree wtih stealing because even if it is survival, it is NOT a victimless crime...i do understand that people were hungry and thirsty and did what they could to get what they needed to live...but i never saw people on the pictures that im referring to, the videos that keep being used to say "This is survival"...those people just trying to survive ARNT the ones that are in these videos and pictures. You dont need a huge thing of beer to survive...if there was a picture of a lady running out of the store with a baby in one hand and a gallon of water and some bread in the other...they wouldnt be in this situation.

Its the animal looters that were taking beer, drugs, money, merchandise that had nothing to do with survival, the people claiming they were just doing what they had to...while they ran out of the store with 15 bottles of wine or 10 cases of beer, those idiots that give the family on the verge of death grabbing water bottles a bad name...

Its disgusting...and i find it hilarious that ANYONE would take up for the kind of people like the guy photoshopped into that S2k...go jump on Jesse Jackson's bandwagon, but do it quick, the more idiots it takes out when it crashes and burns the better.
