Default Knocking noise fron rear driver side.

I've ran into a little problem. When I lowered my car a few months ago 1.5 all around it was fine. But now... When I make a left turn the rear right side wheel is making a knocking noise. Its like someone knocking from the bottom of the rear fender. What do you guys/gals think?

What kind of car and any suspension mods? If you have a rear sway bar it could be a broken link.

I have a 1993 Honda Civic 4 Door LX
Current suspension mods:

Drop-Zone struts all around
1.5 Drop springs
Front and rear upper strut bars

I'm not sure then. Might want to try retorquing all the bolts to make sure nothing is coming loose.
