Vtec works off the cuff, then as soon as the car warms up, engine light comes on, and I have no vtec. Also, the car drives very sluggish, burns too much gas, and oil seems to be going down. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Secondly, I seem to be going through axles like there is no tommorow. I used the accord axles during the swap, and that seems to be the common practice.

 

pull the codes so you can see what the problem exactily is.

 

As sabbotage said there are way to many things that it could be. pull the codes come back and list them and we can help you out.

 

I found out what it was. It was the Knock Sensor. Damn thing is so flimsey, that the wires broke off, and the connector was hanging inside the engine compartment.

Guy at honda said that if a Knock sensor isn't functioning, then the car will run sluggish, burn more gas, and will not switch into vtec properly.

The accord(acclude) is running top notch now. I am gonna have to find some V8's and send them home crying.HAha

 

^ Dont blow the welds on your intake manifold!
