State Farm finally cut me a check for my stolen ITR.

They gave me $24,364. I had HID's, JDM 4-1, and an AEM. But they only gave me $.50 on the dollar for the mods

This was for a '00 ITR, black, with 27,500'ish miles on it. Just thought you all might like to know.

Yes, I had to show them receipts. Just copies though, not the originals. My new car is this:

I'm tired of racing Celicas, Civics, and the ocassional LT1 Z28. I'm going Viper hunting now.

Be glad u got some money. When I totaled my GSR, state farm gave me 0 for my mods because they said I did not add parts only replaced parts that were already on the car. Needless to say, next time I'll be going to the junk yard to pull all my chit off.

Thanks for the FYI. My State Farm agent told me anything bolted to the car would be covered. i.e. in dash stereo is covered but radar detector would not be.

How long did it take between your loss and when you got the check?

Staet farm did cover my radar detector even though it was not bolted in. I think it changes with every claim office.

Thanks for the info. Once againk, sorry to hear about your car. I've got State Farm as well, and after I get married, I'll probably use the R as my daily driver. That's more than I thought you'd get for the car.
