Default GT30R/T3=600whp?

Will a GT30R have the flow capabilities to make over 600whp on a 2.0 liter LS/Vtec? I remeber seeing a ITR with about 550whp using a gt30R!!!!!!

Precision has a GT3076R that is rated for 600hp CRANK, they are usually underrate. I dunno GT35Rs can make 600whp , I do also agree with Tony I don't think it will quite make 600WHP though

Yea, the ITR with the GT30R you are speaking of made 550 and then begin fallin off as the turbo ran out of breath.

Most likely gonna have to step up a notch.

A GT30/40 should get you there... Call Ken at pheonixturbo.com He can confirm. Compressor wheel from a 40R, but a turbine from the 30R. Get a large A/R to get the number.

If 600 is your goal even the 35R is a little small. It can be done, but its not going be a 600whp car very consistantly when its at its limit like that. The 30R will be good up to about 500..

yeah, the gt30r won't make it... I seen a couple of 35r's recenlty put down 650. That's pushing it!

t3/gt35r = quick spooling 600hp!

I put down 609hp & 458tq on the 35r, and I know it had some more left in it. Just not much. Good luck!

I picked the 30R because im not at sea level and is very hard to get the turbo going speacially in texas cause of the hot weather and 4k feet of elevation and im not reving over 8k!!!!!!!!!
