i wanted to ram this guy's civic i saw today to put it out of its misery. a EG hb with getthis EK front end with a feel's wide body aka snow plow bumper and ghetto wide body fenders. all painted a faded miata blue.
hey hahajoey...did you race this guy before?...how do you think you would feel if you somebody post your crv here and starts talking sh*t about it...and dont get jealous with the guy just because he had more loot to spend on his ride than you....the owner is trying to be creative so respect that...he didnt ask you for your opinion...so keep your opinion to yourself...and he certainly didnt ask you to post pic of his ride in here either....i would laugh if he races you and he just beats you....
Yea, I'm sure that Tacoma unleashes some serious horsepower with the fiberglass vented hood, fiberglass body kit, the tacky carbon-fiber "wind splitter" on the front, vinyl stickers, and 17" Tenzo-R wheels.
The body work on the kit is clean though and the MaD SkILLz yellow paint ain't too shabby. I can honestly admit, this car is a bit excessive and ridiculous looking...IN MY OPINION.

you guy can be very surprized of how many Hp can get out of the Toyota 3.4L engine, TRD have made a supercharger for it. My father got a 2000 4runner, supercharged and let me tell you that this **** pumping out 251 hp at the wheel,
faster than my car a bit, but we arn't talking about drivability here.
So if this guy is not only a dam ricer that put so more **** on is car that just boost up the weeight, he probably got the supercharger, and your leg will let you down when he will pull the full trottle out of it!!! Damn I can do donut on the asphalt with my father 4 runner. I tell you, try one, you won't be disapointed.
see ya

modified doesn't always mean better. If he has spent $50,000 on that truck, that doesn't make it any better, just makes me feel sorry for him.
I don't especially care for the front end and hood of that Tacoma... but the rest of the body isn't bad. I'm keeping my Tacoma clean (I've already taken off the badging) and my philosophy is it's what's inside that counts. Not going to really modify the truck that much but I like it to look stock, I don't want to bother with people revving on me. Actually someone in a Hyundai Scoupe already did - must be because of the Gibson SS catback., Heck, maybe it was because I had the tailgate down for aerodynamics and he saw my 'racy' looking Line-X coated bed...LOL
The only real power producing modification I'm considering is the 2.4L TRD supercharger. But the really bad thing about small light trucks is the lack of weight on the rear tires = wheel spins very easily even in dry pavement conditions. Heavy 16" or 17" wheels and good tires would definately help out a lot more than lightweight wheels. It's fun Auto-xing in the Tacoma though, even with the wheel spin and sliding around...
The 160+ lbft of torque while weighing what an Integra weighs is what makes it fun. The stock tires and rear suspension is what doesn't make it as fun as an integra
You know what's really rediculous though, that $.5 million dollar Stillen Celica - what a waste for the paltry performance at that price...a stock Mazda RX-7 would kill that thing in almost everything except top speed, and you would only pay less than $20k for a used RX-7 (well it would have to be used, there aren't any new ones ..lol). Top speed for the celica is impressive (around 180+ mph) but thats all that really stands out on that car - other than the hideous yellow bodywork, and costly milled brake rotors with the Toyota symbol! Cha-ching, Cha-ching, bling-bling!
