ohhhhh......he want's a VALVE cover. Ok. Yeah, he's a twit.

It's a Honda, not an Acura. Acura doesn't use the H22, so good luck finding one w/ an Acura logo.

have had to use mates username as can only put 5 on a day. didn't know acura didn't use the h22a for a start. i don't have a prelude! i have a civic coupe with a h22a conversion. in the uk honda type r badges are majorly common so to be different i used acura ones. its ahd an acura integra light conversion. although i know this still doesn't make it an acura but a didn't know if anyone made an aftermarket cover with an acura logo on it. the piece i want is the plastic insert on the rocker cover. the standard one is grey with a honda 'H' logo on it that i don't particularly want.

thats the plug wire cover.. and NO they dont make them with a A on it.. ALLL acura motors are MADE BY HONDA!!!!! the H22 is a HONDA only motor..best of luck thoug.. id go with a carbon fiber one or stick with stock and call it a day!

i know they're hondas as acura is the prestige brand. i know its a honda only engine now as i've just been told. its a part i acyually want so i though as i wanted one then someone somewhere else may have wanted one and managed to find one. its just for looks not to wreak havok among honda owners. if noone actually makes an aftermarket one with an 'A' on it do you happen to know if anyone makes a carbon one or possibly a coloured insert that doesn't have a honda logo on it. i don't mind if it has a brand logo on it or not. i know in theuk jakan can supply a carbon one for the b16/18 engines but i'm yet to find a uk source for a replacement h22a one. any help is greatly appreciated

The JDM Type-S valve cover is red in color.

The Accord Euro-R valve cover is blue in color.

AC Autotechnic makes a carbon-fiber valve cover for the H22A motor.

The factory valve cover can be painted very easily with high-temp paint available at any automotive retail store or Wal-Mart.

Any plating/finishing shop can chrome-plate or polish your factory valve cover.

He's talking about the Spark Plug Wire Cover, not the Valve cover.. Or so thats how I read what he posted.

And to his question, YES they're Carbon covers, check E-Bay, they're tons on there for cheap. But now, if they are real Carbon? I dunno, but I know you could get one custom made and I wouldn't think something that big would be expensive.
