need help..cluster problem

Default need help..cluster problem

when im going down the road or moving at all the tempature needle will rise almost to the top and when u turn the turn signal on..the tempature needle will jump up and down with the turn signal and when u click on the bright lights the tempature needle will also rise...but when u are sittin still the temp. needle is at normal tempature and doesnt move and will not jump with the turn signal...it makes no sense to me so if anyone knows anything..please let me know

sounds like a bad ground or 12.

Or like SiMateo said, a grounding problem sounds like the culprit.

That does sound like a bad ground. My original cluster did that prior to my new cluster being installed. I chased the wiring, and found that one of the wires had beed rubbing on a metal bracket for some time and had chewed away the insulation. I patched the insulation and made a nice little rubber grommet to fit the hole in the bracket and I have not had any problems since.
