9006 HID Conversion Kit 90-04 ACCORD 00
you wasted you money by buying aftermarket HIDs and are gonna have horrible output in stock headlights and decrease the effectiveness in projectors. you might want to learn about complete retrofits before you spend more money

Yes, a retrofit is money well spent. A good set of HID projectors, ballasts, etc would cost about 400 max, and you can do the retrofit yourself if you feel inclined, or have it done for you.
hidplanet.com is a great resource.
These aftermarket HID 'kits' produce more color than light, focusing on blue or purple rather than light output. THey can fry your system, cause glare to oncoming drivers, and they spread light out in no particular order from stock housings that were meant for halogen light output, not HID.
Aftermarket projector kits in headlights such as TYC offer even less light output than stock. They are inferior projectors with no real cutoff. You could retrofit HID projectors INTO aftermarket projector lights, but neither HID nor projector lights are recommended.
