Default Fresh Motor, Timing....?

Okay, im finally at 1000 miles on my motor and its time to fine tune...Heres the setup...

LS/VTEC
JDM P73 Pistons
Zero Balanced B18B1 Rods
Stock B18B1 Crank
Stock 81mm sleeves
Decked A1 Block(minimal)
Milled B16A Head (minimal)
US 98 Spec ITR Cams W/ Stock Gears
Stock B16 Valvetrain
ITR LMA'S
3 Angle Valve Job
OEM 3-Layer Head Gasket

along with other things that dont matter to this thread...

ANYWAYS. What should I run my ignition timing at...I believe im at stock now, but at around 7500 i feel like my power is flattening out...No Pinging or detonation at all...With the C-SPEED calculator, it says about 11.3:1 comp...im gonna go ahead and say 11.5:1 due to the cut block/head...

16 degrees BTDC.

Get it on a dyno and tune the timing.

Yeah, i know thats my best bet...i can probably borrow one of my buddies LM-1 for the day...i just need to get a chip burner and whatnot...also would be alot easier with a laptop...i have the thing running pretty good now on a custom chip my buddy burned for me...pulls real hard at 8k, just want to make sure my ignition and fuel maps are A-OK
