Default B20 (prelude) crankshaft in a B-Series?

There used to be a really good sticky thread about this at Superhonda (amazingly!), but I couldn't remember how exactly it worked. I believe this is what crower does for its stroker kit is just a use a b20(a?) crank. What rods would have to be used in order to get the right clearance in say a B18B or B20B. Ya....2.0-2.2 liters!!! Also I know about the rod ratio, this would be in a non vtec no greater than 7000 rpm engine, so it will be ok. Also if you think I should do a search why don't you tell me exactly what to type cause I didn't see anything relative.
