i just bought a 91 si hatch that needs the head replaced. if i put the v-tech head on do i need to change the ECU and wiring harness????? also how much work is all this next to just putting the stock head on? is it worth it? i got the car for $200 and its extreamly clean. please help!!!!

ok it all depends what u wanna do? if u wanna convert to obd-1 or stay obd-0 if u wanna stay obd-0 just add a d series single cam vtec head and add vtec wires and run maybe pr3 or pwo obd-0 ecu......

 

how much do u think it would be? the cheapest

 

the cheapest way to do it is buy and obd-0 vtec ecu pw0 or pr3 and add the vtec wires.......

 

i think it would be much easier and less expensive to get the stock one but i would get the vtec one
