synchromesh ?

Default synchromesh ?

i have heard to use gm synchromesh friction modified fluid in our tranny's if the have grinds. now my questions can i drive hard with that stuff in there or do i need to drive in nicley for a while then change it out?
do you use only synchromesh or do you mix it with honda tranny fluid in any certain ratio?
