i will be changing mine every 10k, but i use gm synchromesh. Its funny i dont use honda mtf and i work at a honda dealer. The synchromesh is amazing i must say, but pricey.

There is ALLOT to think about when choosing a good tranny fluid for your car.

What temp do you see in your area? Are you tracking the car? DD? Worried about notchy shifts in cold weather?

I use Redline MT-90 in the hot summer days when the car is tracked. I run Honda MTF or 10w-30 no-synthetic when it starts to get colder and I am not tracking the car.

GMSM is OK but it's not what I would personally recommend.

you're supposed to change that stuff?

just kidding! hahahaha

I changed at 15k miles and I will change again at 25k only because there was more abusive driving this time around. I used LE-607.

That's your diff fluid. I am really hoping you didn't put that in your trans

my owners manual says to change the trans fluid every 120,000 miles

I'll be keeping it changed every 25k-30k though because I'm paranoid.
