There is ALLOT to think about when choosing a good tranny fluid for your car.
What temp do you see in your area? Are you tracking the car? DD? Worried about notchy shifts in cold weather?
I use Redline MT-90 in the hot summer days when the car is tracked. I run Honda MTF or 10w-30 no-synthetic when it starts to get colder and I am not tracking the car.
GMSM is OK but it's not what I would personally recommend.

just kidding! hahahaha
I changed at 15k miles and I will change again at 25k only because there was more abusive driving this time around. I used LE-607.
