port/polishing b16 head

i'm looking to see if anyone has dyno numbers from stock to ctr cams. Or stock to port/polished head(medium). B16 Jdm(#2).I plan on doing both.

I've heard that itr cams are good for boost, but i'm na and stock internals, but thanks, for the reply. i have cai,header,stock dx exhaust soon to be magnaflow 2.5 in-out cat and 2.5 exhaust (my bad)
