If you could measure the distance around that shape, you may get lucky and find a reducer (cone) that you could squeeze to an oval on one end, and weld an elbow to the other end.

Or maybe ask the manufacturer of that part what they'd suggest.

If you can get the perimeter of the oval you can find a piece of pipe that you can squeeze into that shape with a vice or something.

IE: If the perimeter is around 12-13inches, you could use a piece of 4" diameter piping. { Circumferece=Permimeter of circle; C=Pi*d, where d is the diameter... C=3.14*4 = ~12.56in. } .. Get my drift?

it says at the bottom of the page that it is designed for 3" oval tubing, so the pic above should work.

Here is one I did a while back. The guy wanted a 2.5" downpipe, so that's the reducer up top. It is the only decent picture I can find(and it still sucks). Get yourself a soft jaw vice, a ball pein hammer, a ~3" section of 3" tubing, and start going to town.

soft jaw vise is a vise that is not just bare metal. it eliminates dents and indintations in your work piece. You could just use 2 pieces of wood or anything else that is soft to cover up a normal vise....same concept.

The hole only needs to be the size of the turbine wheel. You can use a reducer to expand to a larger size exhaust pipe.

well i guess the size of the turbine wheel on the gt28rs is like 2.1 inches lol, so what should i do? go with the 2 inch outlet flange or the 3 in oval flange
