00 Si with Type-R suspension Swap
Did a search. Thinking about buying a 00 Si with a type-r suspension swap. Going to look at it this Sunday, just wondering if there is anything in particular that I should be looking for. Thanks for any help.

look for uneven tire wear, this will be the main thing. It can lead to just an alignment, or to a totally screwed up suspension. There really will not be anything else u can see. U will have to drive the car. Good Luck
Curious as to what you mean by a totally screwed up suspension. Is this common among these swaps? I'm going to give the car a drive Sunday. Thanks.
I would definitely drive the car and make sure it runs smooth..check to see if there is a CEL and if their isn't you might want to take the cluster off and see if the bulb is even there because u don't want to buy a car with a motor that has problems..check for oil leaks, make sure no grinding when shifting gears etc..

you dont' need to check to see if the bulb is there, if its not there or burnt out just jump the plug, and code 45 will come up i think it is which means theres nothing wrong =P and btw, any acual hard fault won't be erased by clearing memory so if theres anything really really wrong with the car he won't get away with not fixing it

Is jumping the plug pretty much the same procedure as it would be on a prelude? And is the service connector in the same location?

What I am referring to is blown shocks, bad tie rods, bushings, etc, etc....all these components will effect the suspension set-up, also if it was properly installed..these are things u should check with any suspension or vehicle that was used
