its personal preference really, what are you doing first? cosmetics? engine work? improving handling? dude its all up to you, me, i did my suspension first, then got my swap and I/H/E. its all up to you, not anyones opinion really, but your own.

Re: just bought a 00 SI (buy my boosted ek)
I just picked one up today as well. The car is stock height and looks like a truck. I am interested in the Onmi suspension, but my first buy will be the OEM fogs.

I would start with suspension if I were you. My buddy's SI is pretty much stock (air intake) and we put koni's on it a couple months ago and it's a brand new car. It's planted on the road.

I'd definitely start with security first. I can not preach about it enough, especially when it comes with the 99-00' SI civics. Once you build up a nice healthy layer of security then upgrade the suspension. Just like the ol' Pirelli commercial slogan: "Power is nothing without control" After the suspension, it would be up to you on the two choices: force induction or all motor. Choose wisely since it will be expensive if you decide to switch from force induction to all motor. Just my input.

alarms, auto lock, kill switch, etc etc. layer your car in security in stead of just getting one. this way you can further help your car from being an easy target.
EDIT: lol...beaten by lord helmet.

check that thread^^
If I were you, this is how I'd do it...
1. Security - Make sure that **** doesn't get stolen!
2. Suspension - good shocks/springs combo
3. I/H/E - Probably the only engine mods I'd do, incase I wanted to go FI down the road
4. Cosmetic

Good general rule of thumb IMO.

Are the tires stock size or 50 series? I would put some 50 series and then get a drop kit that can slam atleast 4 inches and drop that shiet. Then put a AEM cold air for the sick sounding vtec. Then leave it like that....smooth and decently quick.
