Default Opinions for Cams/Valves/Valve Springs for boosted GSR

My GSR motor is shot, so my brother and I are going to build it up. Forged Pistons (prolly 9.0:1), w/ some strong rods to back it up. Now the question is the head.

Stock ITR cams/valve springs/valves or upgraded? Going to boost it once the motor comes back. Rest of the setup is in the air. Power range, not sure yet. First time boosting a piston engine and I need your input.

factory gsr/itr heads have been well known to cram 400+ hp out...the main thing is rpms and if you wanna take that step up to flow as much air as possible and the willingess to spend the money. money would prob bre the deciding factor, (being if you wanna spend it)
