Default Gsr or Itr crank

Was wondering for peoples opinions if the Itr crank is much better than a gsr, I did some research and found the Itr crank has a little more counter weighting that reduces vibration 20% at high rpm. I am asking because I have both a good gsr and a Itr with a spun rod journal and was wondering if is worth spending the money to get it turned, will be reving to 9-9500k, thank you

The ITR would be preferred in a road race deal with sustained rpm.Street and even drag racing I don't see any advantage. The fact that the ITR needs to be turned would steer me away. The reliability of a Honda crank drops when you turn them (with out reheat treating/nitiding).The GSR would be my choice.

I took it to the machine shop and he recommend to weld the bad journal ant turn it to standard since all the other journals were in good shape, he quoted me around $120
