Ok, my cousin has a '94 Prelude S (Base Model) with the F22A1 and I'm trying to figure out which header to get for him. Now I know it's an Accord header but what Accord header, 90-93? 94-97? DX? LX? SE? EX? (probably not EX on the 94-97 since it is VTEC but how about EX on 90-93?) I've researched this for over an hour and still have not come up with an answer.

 

Just buy him an H23 header, it fits.

 

I have accord headers on my 92 lude (f22) i think they are off a 94-97 not sure, as long as it is a f22. everything fit nice

94-97 accord header won't fit 92-96 prelude, the bolt pattern is totally different, well at least from a 97 not sure about 94 & 95. i even measured it myself with the gaskets, cause my brother has one, So just buy a megan racing header, or whichever one u prefer, i have one on my f22, it just bolts right up, but the bracket on the bottom was hard so i just didn't bolt it up, just maneuvered around it. The h23 header will fit on the f22a1 motor, don't buy 90-93 accord header, cause most likely you're gonna have to extend the down pipe.

 

if you want a dc ceramic header for an f22 ill sell you mine i bought it quite a few years ago its for a prelude so you wont have any guess work...
