Default Is this a good deal? Please help!!

1998 CBR 600 (not the special edition) black/red. Droped on right side, minor damage and will be repaired prior to me purchasing. New sprockets, new tires, new chain, aftermarket exuhast ( I think its spelled Yoshimirou).

Also, Matching color Hemet (not sure the brand but its nice)
And matching Mesh Jacket

Adult owned, (he goes to my church, real nice guy)

3200.00 I may get it for 3000.00 since I help coach soccer.

Any Help Is Greatly Appreciated.

i would do it. i got my 96F3 for 2k but thats cause i knew the guy at the time. (couple of years ago) he had it for sale for 2500. i loved my F3 GET IT! i dont think you will regret it to much. just keep in mind its not up to par with say a 600rr but you definately will have fun with it. 408 dry weight is kinda a turn off though

If you can, save the money for something newer.

Great bike. Honda reliability, good overall bike, and comfy. How many miles is on it?

Sounds like an awesome opportunity, if hes fixing it all for you, and this is a first bike.

$3k would be good if the mileage was decent. What is the mileage by the way?? Seems like a good deal nonetheless
