Speaker Short? HELP
I have 2 subs and an amp hooked in my trunk, they are working but for some reason, my speakers arent. There is no power to the speakers and the subs are just hitting and working normally? When i roll up power windows, they turn on for an instant, and also sometimes when i slam the door shut they turn back on? Any ideas?

I would render the guess that either the +/- connection is barely off but still near the male end of the speaker. When you roll up the window, the regulator is pushing another part of the wire and making it hit the connection, then Bam! the speaker gets power.
Easy fix. Take off yoru door panels and just check to see if the connection is loose.
