Need more info. Is this noise at idle no load? In gear with load? In gear no load? When letting clutch out slow? Fast? Driving? Did you change the throw-out or pilot bearing? Torqued the flywheel bolts to what? Cmon......if any of us could fix your problem with the miniscule amount of info you posted, someone would be rich. More details and im sure more replies may come. **** I already think you might have left the flywheel loose. Things usually dont make a banging noise when tight.

It could be a lose bolt head hitting something on the trans ect. Sounds similer to a proplem I had with mine, sounded like a jackhammer. I had left a bolt on the trans a tad lose well not lose out to far and it was just touching the pressure plate.

i hope u kno that certain 6puck clutches are meant only for racing and some just dont slip at all without lots of revving?

Sounds like you got yourself a non sprung 6 puck clutch. As long as its not a metal to metal or clanking noise, thats what it is....... . When you shift does it feel like the motor wants to jump out of the engine bay? Youll get used to it.
