OK i did a compression cheak on my car and this is the number i got

1(160)
2(150)
3(150)
4(150)

This is about what i think i got..But i think its low compression because i need a new hg cuz its leaking a lil..

What do you all think posibly the hg?

 

the numbers are consistent which is good, but yeah the compression are low. get a leakdown test done at a local shop. they can tell you why your compressions are low. i hope this is a non vtec motor. really low for vtec motor.

But i think its low becasue the hg is kinda leaky..

 

if you gonna swap it out, get an aftermarket hg and bump up the compression.

Just replace it with a Honda HG, and that will work good for you.
